disconnected after character selected

i just downloaded the server today and registered and opened a character once i select him i get disconnected i have read it has something to do with VPN but i dont under why i have it when i never install VPN on my pc and now looking for help

1. What error message are you receiving when you disconnect?
2. What country are you connecting to the game from?

 

the error "you have been disconnected from login server please try again later"
and im from israel

 

Given that you're not connecting via VPN, I'd try the following solutions and see if you continue to face similar problems:

• Create a new account and see if you face the same error message
• Try a different device and see if you face the same error message
• Restart your router to obtain a new IP address and see if that works
