    i am having an issue with game crash.
    when i choose my character (no matter which one) and try to enter, game gets disconnected. idk when it started because i have not played for like 6 months. help pelase.
    latest client version installed 2/4/24.

    I am experiencing exactly the same. All my accounts/ clients crash after entering PIC - giving the disconnected server pop-up.

    Even after re-downloading/ installing

    No, is just that having a VPN installed may cause the issue

    i dont have a massege that says i am banned. it just disconnects. but anyway i posted on ban appeal. is ther another reason for this issue ?
