Hey all, Newly back after a few years break, was trying to get on and see my old characters. I managed to get logged into my account, but when I go to play my character it disconnects before loading into the game and says firewall error. I believe I already have the exclusions on. Just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something, or maybe double check make sure I don't have a ban or something. Thank you!

It's just odd, I can get the game to boot, I can login to my characters, but as soon as it goes black I get kicked. Yes, I am using a vpn to log in. For some reason, I can't access the website, or the game at all without a VPN.
I was able to get on now this time without the VPN. Thank you for the suggestion! (Still unsure why I can't access the website without a vpn tho) Even these forums had to turn back on VPN just to reply. Thank you for the help!
