DRK vs BM Krexel Event Match

my gf actually told me to do that on 2nd eye alone didn't think of that before

 

They implemented this one in the official servers back in like 2015. Probably impossible to add to Royals due to the UI difference, but it looks pretty cool.

 

Ah cool. On FFXIV they were just 3rd party programs we downloaded. Was a bunch of different ones. I remember some didn't work properly cause they didn't add in damage over time skills and stuff. That's how I got invited to a coil party (end game raid ). Someone was using one during a normal dungeon run, I was messing about on my bard and actually out dps their main bard. Everyone used cookie cutter builds and just copied each other. I liked to switch up my skills lol

But they could just each do krexs 2nd eye right? No weapon cancels to worry about and they each time one another.

 

I just saw a post consisting of calculations and altho the calculations in that post wasn't accurate, I realized I made a mistake in the calculations.

X = EXP that should have been gained
Y = EXP that was gained

For the subtraction of 20% from bigger exp part should still be / 1.2 becoz
Y - 0.2X = X
Y = 1.2X
Y/1.2 = X

However for the addition of 20% for smaller exp should be / 0.8 instead
Y + 0.2X = X
Y = 0.8X
Y/0.8 = X

Recalculation shows as follows
1st EYE Exp
Dark Knight: 15243818 / 1.2 = 12703181.667
Bow Master: 10356181 /0.8 =12945226.25
Difference = 242045 exp

2nd EYE Exp
Dark Knight: 12720732 /0.8 = 15900915
Bow Master: 19279267/ 1.2 = 16066055.833
Difference = 165141 exp

Altho the difference are even smaller, IF we assume Rene's conspiracy theory of white exp + 20% is correct,
Bow Master has whited both eyes ! Congratulations to Nany625!!

I'll just grab the self-satisfaction of how small the gap was. I wouldn't mind a rematch after exp glitch is fixed since this is based only on a theory

How does looting work in Krex? Is it similiar to Zakum or are the only people allowed to pick up items IMMEDIATELY after Krex dies the person who deals the most damage and his party memberS?
