Not Bug Drop from Stormbraker broken

    I'm trying to farm scroll for overall for int 60% from SB but nothing comes out.
    Tried switching channel's but nothing.

    I don't think they're bugged, took about 9 minutes for my first drop on my hero. Item drop rates were nerfed a bit, so you were probably just having a bad string of RNG.

    I think they are suppose to be rare
    I only found 1 during my 1hr leeching session.
