hi guys, i dont know if its a bug or not... but i used to farm scrolls down at TOT and i got around 1 scroll per 3-5 min (before the drop rate increased), after the increase of the drop rate my scroll rate has drop dramatically to 1 scroll per 8-12 min and some time even 1 per 30 min.. tested it for long hour so its pretty consistent and relay-able.
