Fixed duey meso delivery broken

    cant send more than 100m. if you send less than 100m the price 5% instead of 200k

    Bumping this for visibility, i lost quite a bit of meso paying splits today with duey, not paying attention to the fact i get taxed 5% now.
    I hope staff can look into this asap because paying vl splits by chasing members to trade them is an experience i was really happy to put behind me ^_^'

    Very sorry about this. The issue should now be fixed in this recent update 96.5.
