GN: FordEscortGT Problem: Account locked / unable to reset PIC Details: Hi MapleRoyals team, I used to play this account around 2017. I remember the username, password, and PIN, but it seems like the PIC I remember is incorrect. While trying to recover it from memory, I made too many failed PIC attempts and the account became locked, as shown in the screenshot. The issue is that I’m not sure which email address was used for this account, and the website requires the email in order to reset the PIC. I haven’t logged into this account since around 2017, possibly once around 2020, but I’m not completely sure. The character name I remember is FordEscortGT, but because it has been many years, I’m not 100% certain that this was the exact main character name on the account.
