Well SI was fixed and Dragon Strike is superior to energy orb anyways so its not much of a big deal now
Energy Orb is crap. Dragon Strike wins. The only advantage Orb has over DS is that orb has a much greater vertical targeting range than DS (after the first hit). Energy Orb's first hit requires you to be fairly close to a monster and energy orb does less damage overall because its damage is halved for each monster it goes through. Dragon Strike's damage is the same to all monsters it hits, plus its horizontal range is amazing. Dragon Strike also hits 4 mobs at level 1, as opposed to Energy Orb's 2 mobs at level 1.
