IGN:Tacus/Vacus/HBshut (The ID these IGNs belong) I know how to fix this error(reinstalling client), but this error only appears on this Id. When I try to enter the channel before choose my character, I get this error(-2147287038 (Unknown error 0x80030002) after disconnecting. I think the reason of this error is not the client. Because I tried reinstalling twice. The cause seems to be the item of the character in ID. Please find the cause and delete it.
