Error message: error code：-2147467259 unspecified error. Tried everything.

    I've made sure im @ 60hz @ every resolution option, deleted dinput8.dll and put it back in, reset my computer, reupdated windows 10, ran as administrator, checked my firewalls and redownloaded.
    Installed visual C++, tried launching as fullscreen as admin, graphics cards, disabled high DPI scaling, etc.
    Still not working
    What can i do?
