On my account I was not alerted to any notification saying I still have x amount of time remaining before I can claim my reward (I also knew it was already past 6 hours since I last played). So I proceed to complete the jump quest but when I reached the end, I couldn't claim the sunshine nor the coins as it stated that I have already completed the jump quest and will need to wait 12 hours before I can claim again. Please help.
