Hello,

As you will find out on this thread, I have accomplished my own personal goal. Now I've transitioned into a peaceful FM mule without a big ambition.

And in the meantime, I've thought long and hard about how to give back what I received from the community.
For someone who cannot do any coding or do any math, it seemed like there weren't much options.
Therefore, I've concluded that rather than preparing something exceptional, the best I can do is to keep my assistance simple but essential.
I've thought that to assist other players achieve in-game progression and to help them take a role in the community would be a healthy contribution I can provide to the community.

I would like to return all the love I've received. Please use my service. I will gladly take any form of requests or give any form of advice.

Although I'm shy, I love taking leadership. And if there is a need of any in-game help, I will provide the best within my means.


All sorts of PQs and boss
I will take any questions or even participate myself. KPQ, LPQ, HT, auf, anything.

As I've mentioned, I don't have much more ambition. But for transparency, I'd like to make it clear. Loots are distributed fairly to the rest of the party.
For example:

• My APQ apple loots will be distributed evenly to the rest of the PQ memebers.
• I will not ask for high value split like MW20 or Gen20/30, Chaos Scroll etc. from HT or any bosses (with the exception of extremely rare loots like perfect weapon Or, in some cases, untradable item)

BUT I will take lead of looting and splitting(NX will be distributed in fairness). Since I love marketing, it is one of the most motivating activity to keep my fun in the game.
For fairness, all the drop looting process will be recorded and posted on a thread.
Loots of little value like skill books will be posted on giveaway threads.
I still have a lot to learn about mechanism, so I hope you won't scold me too much.

Quests
I have two characters with Quest Virtuoso achievement, and three characters with Quest Specialist achievement. So I would love to be of help when it comes to quests.


I have a character dedicated to El Nath PQ.
Any questions or request for help are welcome. Assistance with genesis quest, mage's summoning quest, or any other job related quests can be given. I will not ask anything in return. Please come find me.

Any other assistance that I haven't been able to mention may be given as long as it is within my means. I am ready.

Hey! I haven't played Maplestory in so many years, heard of this server and wanted to come back to try. I'm going to make a Bishop as I had one way way way back in the day.
As a "new" player, what's a piece of advice you would recommend to learn everything that old school Maplestory has to offer? Training guides? Any advice you think is worth it. I want to come back and engage with the community, find a guild and relive many memories from this game.

Firstly, my advice won't be very professional and is just a personal opinion based on experience.

Mages including Bishop is supposed to be all INT in Royals(Mage's endgame wand does not require luk).
Thankfully we have a complete guide about either training or leeching.
Generally, there are two key uses of the bishop (for selling leech and Holy Symbol).
If you made up mind to create a bishop first, decide whether you want to build bishop completely or use it a bridge for the next step, attackers (About investing).
Bishop is very expensive for new players, so I recommend the latter.

Just want to ask a question, can you get quest specialist/virtuoso if you start questing after 120? I'm only 290/800 for the next one and just wondering if I can make it.

 

The difficulty level varies widely depending on whether you have never done level restricted/hidden quests before or to what extent you have done it.
Including Maple Island, There are many easy level restricted quests below 120.

• Specialist: In my humble opinion, it is not very difficult, Regardless of whether you have never done level restricted/hidden quests before 120.
• Virtuoso: I believe is also possible, but sorry, I can't tell you for sure how many extra quest there is.

Be sure to do all of the missable quests.

Hi there - I have quitted Royals for like 18 months, reason: failed MW 20 by 1 time and gene 30 by 2 times (LV137 BS). I'd burnt 6b+ for 3 skill books, and I had sold low level leech for like few months to earn these mesos back then (although it's pennies), but I think it worth the time if I got the sb passed. I had fall from sky to hell, got very very upset and disappointed over the "luckiness" on my character, this is the reason I quitted Royals. I couldn't sleep well and was very very depressed that time.

I only have a bishop and all I want to achieve is getting MW20 and gene 30 passed, so I can start to sell leech at ulu2 and slowly to skele. I still missed Royals, and it's my childhood memories, this is the reason to make me come back - all I want is just to get my base ready, before I can move to the next step - attackers etc.

I sincerely hope that you could lend me a hand by getting these two SBs passed. I knew very clearly it is not an easy request for you, so I would not blame you even if you rejected my request.

Kindly let me know if you are willing to help me out... I seldom online but will check this thread on daily basis.
