Extalia MS server was officially shutdown today

Because they are too lazy to keep the contents going and could just use the same files over and over with a different server name and minor changes.

 

I wouldn't jump on the ship tbh, pretty sure it will sink.
Or if you must, don't donate.

I created an account just to warn ppl about this rmzero

In just 3 mins after the post this happens.

 

LucidMS, LunaMS, ElliniaMS - I know there are others too. They all pop up exactly like this one, looking all schmick and shiny, rake in the donations and then shut down after a few months.

 

Ugh, I was the first 250 Kanna in one of these RMZero servers. It's so awful, the way you grind NX for mobs to use as currency. After the initial rush the game starts to die, the dedicated players must donate to keep up, and the server is left to stagnate and eventually shuts down. Few months later, it's back with a new name and logo, and it's literally the same people coming back every time.

I must admit, the initial rush is pure Maplestory bliss. There's exploits, drama, character wipes, it's actually quite amusing..

 

Man when I first seen that the server was closed down I was completely shocked, I spent so much time on there, had 3 sets of A ranked and above cards. I'll miss mainly my F/P, Mercedes, Phantom and NL.. Now Idk what to play.

Ellinia isn't down though. just had a wipe.
Dawnveil Devs did mention that they are in no way affliated to RMZ so I don't understand how you came to that conclusion & what proof do you have tbh?
Stop spreading false rumours pls, or enlighten me with hard facts.

 

Man, I have a hard time differentiating Ellinia's homepage from the Official Maplestory homepage. Even if Nexon shuts down servers simply because they feel like it, being an almost carbon copy of their current servers and website cannot possibly allow you to stick around long.

 

What proof do you have that they're not lying?

It's exactly like the previous servers. I even recognize one moderator (Cytex) that was a moderator in a previous RMZero server.

 

I don't. Neither do you. I don't understand why you guys are trying to rip down a highly anticipated server that hasn't even been released. Cytex have been around for a long time, it's highly possible that he has been assigned as a forum mod due to his long experience with private servers.

This is more directed to @Bella , as she is encouraging people to not try out the server even though she has no proof to back her claim.

There's nothing much to do but wait for the release, hopefully it will turn out good and be a positive add to the maple pirateserver scene.

 

Okay, it seems you have some sort of stake in the server, but nonetheless, Bella is open to her opinion and encouraging what she wants.

 

Not really, I just don't know why those rumours are being spread when there is no real fact supporting them. as for bella, she can do w/e she want, though I don't find it nice to disencourage something based on ''rumours''.

Again, we have reason to believe they are the same person behind these servers. Whether you believe it or not is up to you. Nonetheless, this isn't our first time around the block and we can smell the signs of an RMZ run server when we see one. 'Nuff said.

I'm in their discord and a lot of people in the admin circlejerk hate Dream
On top of that, Dream literally said he quit; I think Anima is in charge of Ellinia

On a side note, that fuccboi Laze is ruining the server before it even launched ayyyyy

 

There are never going to be facts that it's an RMZero server until it closes down after a few months, as obviously the scheme isn't effective if they advertise who's running it.

Of course I have no proof, but I have every right to be suspicious and warn people to take caution. I clearly stated that if people were going to join that they should avoid donating, and I feel that's a fair warning to give.

 

Both of your arguments seem a bit thin, followed up with rumour from various forums and gut feeling. Which lowers your credibilty imho. I encourage everyone to be vary and careful before donating to any server. However there's a difference between encouriging suspicion and spreading false rumour.

 

Whether it's a new RMZero server or not, I'd say Dawnveil is probably the shittiest server out there right now.

Let's not forget ArcaneMS. I was an intern there for around half a year. I feel as if after ArcaneMS his servers got extremely dull and pointless.
