Hello friends! Thank you so much for taking the time to suggest some awesome Cash Shop styles. As always, we greatly appreciate it.
I’ve added all of the recent suggestions to our new and improved Cash Shop checklist so be sure to keep your eyes out for any new additions within the current year!

After working on the newest Cash Shop update, we’ve noticed some unfortunate and annoying issues with our client compatibility and some of the items, hairs, and faces suggested above:

- Any faces above the ID: 50000 cannot be added at this current time. We noticed a crashing issue when we tried to add some of the faces that had an ID of 50000 and higher, and we believe we’ve reached the client’s limit for the time being. So unfortunately any faces resulting with an ID 50000 or higher cannot be added into the game at the moment.

There is currently no ETA for when this issue will be resolved.
With that being said, please don’t stop suggesting any cute or cool faces you find even if they are over the Item ID 50000! Those faces are just unlikely to be added at this time until we can figure out a way to implement them.

This issue seems to only be affecting faces, we are unsure if there are other client limitations at the moment.

- Lack of Cash Shop Gun and Knuckle weapons. A lot of the newer Cash Shop weapons are incompatible with guns and knuckles because they do not contain the correct gun and knuckle frames. We’re unsure why, but unfortunately almost every import has those two weapons excluded.

- Effects issues. A majority of the newer items; in particular capes and face accessories, tend to use a different type of effect property which is not compatible with our client. Sometimes we are able to workaround the issue to get them working, but for most of the items, it is unfortunately impossible and because of that we cannot add in some of the items suggested.

- Newer pets will not be able to be added for the time being. Mainly because they have very minimal / non-existent emotes and commands. As some of you have noticed, a few of our other newest additions were lacking in the emote and commands department.
To fix this would unfortunately require manually creating custom animations and commands, which is not something we currently intend to spend time working on at the moment.
The pets that were added in with minimal or no emotes will eventually be looked into, and are our first priority for when we decide to tackle the emote and animation issue.

We don't want to disappoint players who spend precious RP (and precious NX! ) on pets, so we will be focusing on adding in some of the earlier released pets which have a larger selection of commands and emotes!

Not sure if its possible to implement (or the right thread even, but since all emotes are obtainable in Cash Shop, they're considered as NX, right?), I don't have the actual GMS name for these emotes nor do I have the ID but, these emotes are actually an official, Nexon made emotes and I'll be using the MSEA names for now.
