So I have spent a while farming these and never got above 3 str/dex and 95 att. I asked kaii in game if these got nerfed and he told me to check announcements and the only annoncement that has flameswords in it is the release thread. 8 days after the release thread someone found a 100 8/6 which makes sense since it was using the godly system. I believe that somehow the stats got reverted to the "base" stats without using the godly system. Some examples of swords I got all 1-3 str/dex (should be 0-8 if I am understanding correctly) and all 85-95 att(should be 80-100?).
It's only 10% to be godly and even then you need to have luck with the roll (0-5) and the base stats. Try harder.
