Minor UI Font not vertically centered in chat

    this is a screenshot from the latest patch, and overlayed with previous screenshots you can see that the font is lowered vertically and not centered.

    here's a screenshot of the blue text which is what it used to be, with the orange buddly list text which is how the chat is r ight now, and u can see it's clearly off centered
