Moderate Fredrick Bug ~ Can't open shop

I am unable to open a shop because it says I need to collect my items from Fredrick. Whenever I try to, nothing happens, and then all NPC's become unavailable to speak to.

Has anyone else had this issue or knows a fix to it?

Have you tried removing all your game files and reinstalling with the newest installer?

 

By newest installer, is that just in the download section? if it is, yes i have the most up to date patch

 

I have deleted all game files, uninstalled and then re downloaded the game. My character is still bugged , does anyone have a solution to this?

 

Unfortunately this sounds like the shop bug where the only current known solution is a server check.

 

Ic so how it happens is collecting the mesos and thrn letting it expire? Interesting good to know for the future.

Is there any way whatsoever to get @Matt to manually reset it for me, I fear the next sc will be weeks...

 

@Sen My shop is no longer bugged, however, when i click Fred he says he has no items for me? I am pretty sure i had ring of alchemist and FS in my shop when it got bugged. Where are these items, and if its sold, i don't see extra mesos in my inventory either or storage, do i just lose over 1 B?
