Unfixable Game / Character Bug

    Problem: Auto HP & MP doesn't work, buffs are bugged, rush skill is disabled(?), emotes are broken.
    Details: well, i was just trying to do my dailies, and then this happened.

    I just relogged before that happened so.. i have no idea what could cause this.

    i have no idea if this a character bug or a game bug, but its a bug for sure.
