As stated, the game crashes on pic input. A few things about myself and this situation. I am a returning player from 2+ years ago. I have searched the forums for some info on this, I am currently using a vpn to bypass my Isp's block on the website / game launch. I do not have access to the isp account so i cannot make changes that way. Without the VPN active i cannot view the website or launch the game. I have reset every password and Pin/Pic i have on multiple accounts i used to have, as well as doing both the IMG and WZ downloads for the game. I have also allowed and have had the firewall turned off for getting past potential problems there. Any work arounds would be great, as of writing this i am going to sleep and will look at comments in the morning. Thanks in advance.
Your VPN is likely setting a fake MAC address - see if you can disable that feature or find a new VPN that doesn't.
Alright, for anyone looking for info now. I have swapped from Express VPN to Nord VPN. Nord has a personal IP addon (8.99 USD on top of 13.99 USD for the VPN) you can get to have a dedicated ip. This has bypassed any issues i had with ISP and i can get into the game! Thanks for the help.
