Game crush and cant log into the game

Start playing about 3days ago and this kept happening.
The game crushed and send me to the log in page after playing for about 3 hours, it happened about 4 hours ago when I click the store. I don’t clearly remember what did I do to led this happen everytime, but it only happens when I click.
The fact is that when it send me back to the log in page, I normally can type my passwords till I choose character, then it would send me back to the log in page again showing me “unable to log on to the game sever”(sorry I don’t know how to post pictures), little words under the title is “please try again later”.
This kept happening again and again, and it really bothers me a lot. I don’t even know why I end up can log in after hours of waiting.

Have the exception of firewall for this game
Have tried the connection from home wifi to mobile hotspot
No VPN and hamachi closed
Have restart my laptop many times
The game is in the newest version
