Hi Royals, So I was buying reg zhelm service and the game froze and crashed as the last body was exploding. I took pics on my phone as proof, can anything be done to compensate?? https://gyazo.com/b028830f59236fb816ae696e68a039a0 - you can see zak drops flying out in the back, that's right when my game crashed https://gyazo.com/f74ebcbd694d4b21774987fd8a49d62a - window moved to the side https://gyazo.com/2011c21fb2314a55c7333f0f60035665 - shows the error msg I got when closed program and tried to reopen royals - I died around last body sometime, but there was a bishop that was going to resurrect me - game windows such as key config, item inventory and equipment wouldn't display normally (seen in screenshot 2) - this happened around 8:30pm PST today I asked my guild after restarted comp and logged back in, they said I was supposed to lower graphics for zakum bodies. But I had no idea I was supposed to do this cause hadn't heard from anyone prior to boss run. Also cause I paid for reg zhelm service on another char before too, I didn't know to lower graphics either and it turned out fine. Thanks
