I'll just throw my opinion out there since I've experienced the server quite a bit. It may be easy at first, however, grinding gets really brutal during 4th job. It becomes a never ending grind fest. Personally, I find it hard after level 140 (I have two level 14x guys haha). Although, those who know me knows I'm a terrible grinder(especially after I stopped smoking weed frequently). I know these points were already said I just wanted to put in my two cents. Give the server a shot and see how far you can get!!
It could be possible for there to be a command for players to adjust their exp rates (from 1-4 integer values) and this would satisfy the hunger of those that want the challenge of hardcore lvling at lower lvls. I do however understand that if this was a thing, people would never use it seeing as they would just be making life hard for themselves in relative terms to other players on the server.
Please show me where you train ;-; IMO I dont think its really that easy... at my current level it takes ~10 hours to level at the best place possible with holy symbol.
x4 Rates is quite optimal for me,it's not too east and not too hard.However,if this was to be implemented(Another world with x1 rates),It will not be a priority and i doubt majority of players will last long playing that world if they did simply because why go for a x1 when you have a x4.Plus,players spent majority of their time in the "main server" and have much more things to be improved.It will have players but it may not be populated and as successful as the "main server". What you can do now is create an islander and try to surpass This will be challenging...
