Sometimes i cant stop being overly positive and happy. I laugh at everything. I take nothing seriously since i know everything is gonna be okay. I just goof around and have a good time because life is short and i wanna live it up x)
Previously, I was just another player sitting around here. Just complaining about things. Things I thought I had no control over. Maybe I'm trying to make up for my past behavior. But what matters now is that I'm willing to take action. Actions that few are willing to take. I don't expect to receive any appreciation for them. But even just a little can go a long way.
Sometimes i wish i could forget people i don't like and move on faster with my life. Time heals everything and eventually you learn to live with everything and your spirit becomes stronger too. It's important finding balance and staying away from toxic people / things and doing things you love.
Sometimes I really wish things could just go as how we want it to be, but somehow I believe that faith and hardwork will bring it together.
Okay this is very non-maple related but I wanted to share this with everyone because I have been struggling with GERD for 5 years. If you don't want to get grossed out do not click the spoiler. Spoiler: GERD So I have had Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) for over 5 years now. I throw up after I eat about 50% of the time. This gives terrible heartburn. Sometimes for weeks. I was prescribed pantoprazole for the past year. It didn't work. But after throwing up and throwing up every single day, I started asking myself... Why does my food come out whole? Shouldn't the arugula I eat be dissolved when it comes up? Why do the plants come up whole? This makes no sense... So I started googling the medicine. And this is what it said: ''Pantoprazole is used to treat certain conditions in which there is too much acid in the stomach. '' So I thought to myself... TOO MUCH ACID? That makes no sense! This means doctors have been miss-informing for years! And they couldn't do anything. Even when I went to the hospital for a gastroscopy, they told me there was nothing wrong with me. So that's when I learned about ph-levels... Meaning low ph levels = more acid... I noticed I mostly eat high ph level food. So I changed my diet. I started eating a lot of high acid / low ph level food. And just only 3 weeks later, this 5 year old problem was fixed. PLEASE if you know anyone with acid reflux, show them what I wrote here, because I have lost most of my focus to this disease. Thank you
