    I'm sorry that you'll never get to see your daughter graduate, and hit life milestones with every year that passes by.
    I remember how much you used to talk about her and how proud you were, I remember how your eyes would light up whenever we spoke about her in our little weekly updates we had in your office.
    I remember how much you said she loved Tinkerbell, and all the little Disney knickknacks you had on your desk, as well as the countless photos you had hung up.

    I'm sorry.
    I'm really sorry that life is unfair, and that you didn't deserve to have your life taken from you this early.
    You were the last person on earth that deserved the fate you were given, and so many people miss you.
    I'm sorry that I kept putting off reaching out to you to see how things were doing.
    I ran into you at the mall not even a couple of months ago,
    and I just let you slip right by without any other thought.

    Thank you for everything you've done.
    You've made thousands of people smile during their darkest of times.
    You're definitely not forgotten.

    My god, is it that hard to just check your god damn email like I told you to for the last 5 times? Asking me the same shitty questions again and again for days on end is not going to change my fucking answer.. ALL THE INFORMATION YOU NEED IS IN YOUR FUCKING EMAIL FFS

    another incident:

    we issue control panels with id and pwd info in our welcome emails upon product purchase
    customer complains to me he can't login and got blacklisted, i told him i'll check for him and boom I found he used his email to login instead of the fucking username and password RIGHT BELOW THE FUCKING CONTROL PANEL LINK.

    How the fuck does one be that stupid jesus fucking christ.

    Really want to puke blood... spent so long trying to work with the client why he can't connect to his server and finally found out when he sent me a screenshot. he was trying to login to the SSH server using the VNC IP instead of the server IP..

    Guess also my fault for not figuring it out sooner, oh well, solved at least. First time having a case like this after many months in this job. I'm just really flabbergasted rn.

    Time do really heal.
    Never rush, never pressure yourself and above all, don't compare your progress with other people.
    Live the life you want and do things make you happy ~f11
