Large influx of Afghan refugees in my area due to recent world events, sad to see what is happening in Afghanistan right now.

Not sure why, but I've had quite a bit of them come up to politely ask me my ethnicity and stuff about my culture, and I've had nothing but wonderful experiences with these people. I want to learn some Farsi and Pashto to better communicate with them since most know only a handful of English words. Don't need to know the same language to bond over good food though

Its always better to tell friends that you love & appreciate them, including the bad ones. You will never know when they are truly gone.

I just received word today that a good friend of mine pass away due to covid.
He got hospitalised last week.
He was a great pal, never really care about reputations or money when it comes to friends. He would always choose to follow me & others to hang out before the MCO. We would usually trash talk each other whenever we have the chance, or just chat. He was there for me when I lost my mother last year.

I appreciate on what he choose to do & even more so on our friendship. We may disagree on stuff but we wouldn't let such petty things to put a dent in our friendship. I pray you get the rest you deserve up there, I miss you already & I love you bro

 

The most disgusting annoying type of people is the one who curious about things that is non of their business, why dont you just do your job and not put yout dirty nose on others' stuff that non related to your life at all? Especially when you are a man, a fucking curious man.

 

Worst feeling is when co-vid made things more worse than already is, but in the end of the day, we still keep fighting through it.
