    I didn’t know the thread rules and my post got deleted, irony of it because the rules kinda pointless LOL. Now it’s really GIOYC.

    I am confused with the one of the individual’s point of view and thought process, you wanna defend yourself or agree to it? It’s like saying you wanna be vigilante yet gearing towards villain…

    I’m just legit purely curious

    you see when I try to help ppl squat they ostracize me f all I wanted was to help ~f8

    train legs being aware of your limits it take years to build a trained body not weeks

    my first squat 10kg———10kg for 8-10 reps when I was 15yo
    on my peak I did 75kg———75kg for 12+ reps that’s like lift more than 2drk salty frend weight 12 times and not even counting bar weight! Took years to develop ~f4

    I heard health system in nort americ not free tho f so surgery gonna be expensive hope there is insurance
