Getting disconnected after inputting character pin

Hello,

I'm getting disconnected after inputting my character pin. I get this pop-up message that says "You have been disconnected from the login server. Please try again later" I reinstalled the game, I also reset my entire laptop, and I still get the same message. My parents recently got a new Wi-Fi Provider and I'm not sure if that is the cause of this issue. Please let me know if i need to do anything on my end. before this the game was running perfectly fine for me and strange how this started happening.
