I already did all quests in the past. I thought this quest is repeatable so i bought 30 gold teeth. However, it doesn't work: If I drop 1, the message does change to "you don't have 30", so im not sure if I'm missing something. edit: i now realize i need to do all 3 steps again thats why it doesn't work.
