hey , i was out of perion in the hidden street of wild boars , logged off to switch character and i have this message since

Context: I entered Cash Shop after a Horntail run and got stuck. Character has now been stuck for more than 24 hours.
In HT, I had looted a 5k NX coupon and I think perhaps the game froze in that transfer process.

What I was doing before:
The last I was doing was picking up some items (couldn't see what it was as I entered a trade after) in the FM.
Im a new player to the whole FM and buying selling just got back into MapleRoyals 2 weeks back.
This action of picking things up may be wrong and i did not know. Hope there is a way to resolve this.
I only have 1 character at lvl 60 but I hope to be able to continue to play it... It was FM cc1 lobby

My very last thing i did before the crash was enter CashShop to take items i bought from the cash inventory to make the trade i mentioned above.
I was selling AP resets. 3 of them.
I entered the cashshop to take the items out into my inventory (i forgot to double click them out before i made the trade request with the buyer).
Then as i tried to take the items from cashshop the crash happened.

Please do help me. Sorry for the trouble

 

Is there anyway this can be fixed? I really want to get back into the game

Problem: character stuck and cant log in
Details:
hello, my character Wallyy dc in cc20 fm like 3~4hours before and after that cant log in the game until now.
All my characters can be log in but only Wallyy.
i tried to use /find in game and it shows me , Wallyy is still in game cc20 fm but i cant see my Wallyy there.
i already pmed gm and they said they tried dc my character but seems like some problems remain so they cant do that, and ask me to post a thread here.
please help me and really thanks alot

After testing the server February, 15th 2021, I can't log into any of my accounts anymore.
IGN: MyArn, 010797, TieuLongNu, FHung, and Since1945.
I have tried to log in, delete and reload the game, and change my password.
As a result, still unable to log in again.
Hope GMs will help me fix it.
