Yeah to add onto this, it's harder for player retention when the character you worked hard on is deemed ineffective and you're grossly being outpaced by anyone that you buddy that has made more than one character. The idea shouldn't be to nerf HP washing, remove it, or what have you but give players a chance to correct their characters or make them eligible (with HB) to do the hardest bosses.
