Last thing you did: i was in FM last week and didnt play since then. my friends took my account and troll with it
Why do you think you got banned?: My friend took control on my accaount and i dont know what they did..

You are banned for being racially insensitive and for the use of terrorism reference which is utterly disgusting given what terrorism has done to innocent people around the world in recent years.

Now that you claimed your friend took control of your account, that counts as account sharing.

If you can't convince us why you should be unbanned, then you will remain permanently banned. Yes, permanently for your 1st offense because of your major misconduct, mainly for the use of terrorism reference.

Im from Israel, i served in the army for shitty 3 years. i killed terrorist, i saw my friends diyng near me by terrorist, i got injured by some fcking terrorist.
i can't say more then this. i just realesd from the army and im searching myself. between the searching im playing MapleStory. a game i used to play with those friends, a game that i raisd by him.
about the sharing account. well i dont, im living with 2 friends and they did this cuz they want me to stop playing.
very sorry about what they did, belive me i yelled at them .

 

I wouldn't want to doubt your claim on your service to your nation against terrorism because if it's real, then I respect you for what you and your friends have done and sacrificed. But if your claim is a lie just to get your way out of this ban, then shame on you.

That aside, I'm considering to lower your ban on misconduct to the typical 3 days for 1st offence, but what puzzled me now is you claimed your friend took control of your account, and I have no knowledge on what kind of impact they have made while on your account (other than causing you to get banned). So with that in the picture, I'm at no obligation to believe that your friends did nothing more than just chatting and instead, I believed they might have done something more (such as leeching, training, trading/selling/buying items, etc which all constitutes a permanent ban).

 

why would i lie to you for such a thing ? if u want ill send u my personal life in private and u can see.
about my friends it's ok im gonna change my password and wont leave it open when im not home .

Put your issue on your army services aside.

Let's focus on the fact that they had access to your account. I'm not sure how that is in your favor right now. Because judging from it, you'll still be permanently banned because you and your friends violated a major rule under Account Sharing which carries a permanent ban.

If so, then when and what time did you opened your store? Was it a personal store or hired merchant? Since you say you stayed online, then I assume you opened a personal store?

look i wont begging u to lower the punishment or to remove the ban, i just want a justice

 

I'll give you justice if you help me with the investigation. Since you said you left your store open, we will be able to check if your story matches. Now that you said you don't remember, I'm not sure how to proceed with your case to be honest.

Sadly, that's not how we work. Just by saying "hey I'm not lying to you, i'm innocent" isn't enough. Since this is your appeal, it's your only chance to convince us with evidence that you're innocent. Because on our end, it sure doesn't look good for you.

1) Did you opened the store on "SalimTuama"?
2) Did you sold anything? If yes, what?
3) Explain why your friend closed your store and went around the FM entrance spewing racially insensitive phrases and terrorism reference. How were you not aware of this? I'm not entirely convinced that they just "troll" on your account.

2. Yes i sold 2 things in 2m ea (i think it was claw for lvl 50 and glove for lvl 40), a night b4 i sold 2 robes in 50m ea and a skanda
3. b4 i opened the store were got high and there was a little fight between us and i left the house to my work and when i came back they told me what they did, and yesterday when i want to log in, my acc was in ban
