Closed Got hacked

This would be a bit of a yes and a no. The way we check what you've lost is basically us looking at your inventory from a backup that was closest to when you got hacked and then comparing this to your inventory from after that.
At the same time we also got to track down where those items went by manually searching them since we still lack a few specific logs, and then compare the new owner's backup to their present inventory to confirm that these items really went there. Then of course these hackers were also clowns who moved half of the items to 1 character, and the other half to some other character so that process doubles again. After all that is done I get to write in this thread what I've found and then I move on to delete the items from the character that currently has them. Since there's no easy way to compare the items you've lost, it helps a lot to have a clear indication of what you believe to have lost as else I just end up staring at lists for an entire day. Your top and bottom for example was just something I randomly found when I was comparing your equipped inventory and realised that they were gone as well after the incident, so I tracked those down as well. I hope that this gives some clarity on why I would've missed a few items here and there, and of course I will continue to look into those other items you have listed after my previous post.

I believe Kai has refunded the mesos for you, but since I see no post about it in this thread, may I ask if you can confirm this?

@John My in-game names that need rollback: Nervy, DoLton, Giddy, Warro. Thanks for info regarding potential rollback time, I understand it can take awhile since there are many victims. Gladly I didn't play or touch this account

 

Also what about a storage will that be rollback as well? Since I kept important things in there

If these have already been refunded, why would you need to rollback that character?

 

There's plenty more if u saw my later post, it's less than a quarter of my stuff on that character.

Yeah, well I can't even wear my gear cuz they didn't refund me my dex gear ;^) Sadly we all have to wait probably another few months. Let's hope for best !

 

Wouldn't the rollback just duplicate your refunded equpis (if you transferred it to a different character to hold them). I thought all of us would get our stuff back this recent server check.

TBH I thought this incident would be taken first priority and resolved by now....
I thought GM posted an announcement a month or 2 ago saying they would refund everyone everything they had lost in regards to this incident?

At least we're getting 2x NX again. So that's nice, I guess.
