From what I remember, just like its actual description, this item is supposed to warp us to the gauntlet lobby upon usage (when the lobby is open). Only a second ago, I saw the blue server text for gauntlet event and double clicked on the item in ch 1. The invitation just disappeared and said it's lost. I had to go to Malady NPC in order to actually access the lobby.
