Hi, Piercing Arrow comes to mind, so I thought this might be reasonable at least as a buff for Marksman (I forget what other classes have charge-up attacks, but this would benefit those too). Right now attack speed only affects the actual attack animation of Piercing Arrow, which makes crossbow booster, speed infusion, and FAST attack speed xbows only providing a small improvement when using it. I think this would be a fair buff and make Marksman's (few) strengths over Bowmaster stand out more and make the attack feel smoother to use.
