Help!! unable to connect to game server

I try to connect to the game server, it seems to kick me back to the login screen.
my username is censored for privacy
help me to login plz

 

Okay i legit have the same problem as you^ i need any info you get

 

Do you both have the newest client and game files downloaded and installed?
Do you have a Black Scooter mount cover equipped?

 

For me i dont even have a mount, and yes everytime i delete and redownload new client.
