Help with New DK HP Wash

Hi, I wanted to start a new character (DK) and wash it to 18750 HP so that it can reach 30000 HP with HB. I have some money for INT gear but I have never HP washed before so I am not quite sure what is the best way to approach this. Additionally, is it possible to not have to add to your base INT if you have high enough INT gear? Can anyone help me out?

DK is ezpz to wash. Just have 30 or 40 INT from LVL30 to LVL135 and you'll be golden.
