Fixed hit a bug that VL double Drops after cleared

    VL 17man run at ch8.
    its seem like we hit a rare bug here after clearing vl. drops spread across the entire map.
    double drops from vl, with 1*hw10, 1* 1/6 boot, 1 * css20%, 2cards, 12belts, 12 nx, 12 parchment and coins
