Yeah, that originally said "HT only" rather than "I-have-SI-only" but then I considered zakum parties that could have buccs. I don't know anything about bigfoot on warriors though.

 

Actually si at any level gives 1 more att speed on royals. So a claymore will not reach the highest att speed possible. That being said, ST is the better sword here due to att speed, even with a dex req.
This also means a sky ski does not reach the faster 2 att speed but 3 instead.

 

Ah, I wasn't aware it had been nerfed in royals. Disregard everything I said other than "Red katana users will not benefit from SI." and "hurricane/rapid fire are fixed speeds"

 

I've been hearing that Speed Infusion gives +3, not +1. Have you tested it and confirm that it's +1 from Speed Infusion?

Also, off topic. I'm gonna be making the end game weapon guide soon and I'm still unclear why a Stonetooth will be better than a 1H+Shield. I remember you saying that without a high weapon attack potion that a 1H+Shield will be better, but Apples (or Heartstoppers?) will provide Stonetooth with more DPS. Is it because the 2H DPS formula is different or is there another issue all together?

 

SI in royals does not stack with booster, so it gives +3 but the net effect is +1, over the +2 that booster already gives. Up until just now I thought these numbers were actually +4 and +2.

2H weapons have a better multiplier than 1H do. Going by Sire's guide, its 4.0 for 1h and 4.6 for 2h, so they take better advantage of the extra weapon attack from the high atk potions.

I was really confused with that as well, but now I know for sure and I'm glad I do because I was going to feel so embarrassed if I put that wrong info in my future guide. I was aware that a the difference in DPS calculations between the 1H and 2H was 15%, but I didn't really think much about it because there are attack shields.

 

Pretty much says that 2H Swords are calculated differently, but no precise number.
