You are banned for using scripted macro programs. It is DIFFERENT (不一样）from Robotic Play, for example, just spamming Heal and nothing else. But no, you weren't doing that. Your characters were moving, casting skills and NOT responding to players' calls. You were also "walking" into walls which is obvious to us that you were using some kind of program/scripts to control your character.

With that said, your appeal has been denied, and we shall not further discussion this.
