Oh, interesting! I did not know this before. So the best way to scroll HTP would be to CS+CS, and if you are satisfied with the results egg the 3rd slot?
People sometimes have extra eggs in their inventory so it doesn't really matter if you egg it before or after you CS. If the result of the first CS was really good you could WS/CS the next slot too
If you’re fast and have multiple CS on hand, you can loot an HTP in cave, CS it. If it’s bad/fails, drop it and re-loot/CS in that same run on a different HTP
