I've investigated this and can confirm that the MAC address that you claim to have changed to when you bought this computer on November 8th 2017 was the same MAC address used by an account of yours which contains the character Aeominus on 26th May 2016. So with the additional evidence you have provided it is even more unlikely that your old computer and your new computer would be giving the same MAC address. Sorry, appeal denied.
