    I understand what the ban is claimed to be.

    However, as I have explained in the posts above, there are 2 parts to this appeal:

    1. the double voting for 5 months that the staff is seeing (which would interpret as major vote abuse) is a miscommunication from a combination of my brother's account + mine being in the same geographical location, reading as double voting for that extended period. I am more that willing to share additional details if needed, but I'm sure the staff can check that that my brother's account can be traced back to when he started/played on it in his home on the west coast, not mine.

    2. I have clarified that the unintentional double voting on my behalf took place for a small period of time when I first started playing, and I have apologized for that. I do not believe that time frame for this falls under the major vote abuse duration, and I am happy to take a penalty for minor vote abuse.

    If more information is needed, I can happily provide it.

    Hello. Your appeal has been officially denied for the following reasons:

    1. You were double voting when you first started. This may have been minor or major (our admins determine which category it falls under based on a set of criteria that they have).
    2. You and your brother were voting from the same location for a period of time which goes against our T&C. Only one member of a household is allowed to vote on one account per day without applying for our Voting Whitelist.
    3. Points 1 and 2 are alone well into a permanent ban, but based on our logs it looks like you logged into your brother’s account(s) to take the mentioned items. I know you mentioned he was there with you, but we have to go based on our logs.
    I know this is not what you wanted to hear, but unfortunately you will remain permanently banned. We wish you the best with your future endeavors. I’ll be locking the thread as our decision is final.
