Closed ID has been deleted or blocked from connection.

    All Your Character Names: I only remember two... Hubbsequent and Hubbucc was the second I think.
    Last thing you did: I don't remember. I don't think I've logged in for over a year.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I'm not really sure to be honest.
    Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from the connection. Please check again.
    What GM banned you (optional): Not sure how to find that out. I haven't been on the account in so long that I wasn't aware I was banned.

    Any insight is appreciated!

    Hello! You are not banned. You may be connecting from a previously banned IP. You can try unplugging your modem/router for at least 3 minutes to prompt your isp for a new IP.

    Would this be the case even if I can login to a different account with no issues? I made a new account to play on and can login to it just fine.

    EDIT: Just kidding I got in! But all of my characters are deleted... Any idea why? Did the server do a mass reset at some point or something?

    Hi, This isn't closed. I still don't have access to the account after the trouble shooting steps. Anything else that can help?

    Have you tried other networks such as mobile data?

    If you can login via other networks, you have to reset your modem/router for a new IP

    Hey Dave — I actually ended up getting into the account but both of my characters were deleted. Was there a server wipe over the past few years or something?

    Was a little bummed but I ended up just making a new account in the mean time. I’d love to recover my old characters if possible!

    There was no mass reset or deletion, you likely have logged into the wrong account

    If you are very sure you were logged into the right account, please submit a restoration request instead
