To add on from John's reply, I'd be willing to bet that LeakedSource would agree that the below statement that you agreed to in our ToS, on top of the ban appeal and private conversation between yourself and John, on top of our Privacy Policy which states that the information you provide to us will be used for "Detecting certain violations of our game and forum rules", would be enough evidence of you agreeing to let us investigate the source of the leaked data.
