In Defense of Cheesecake

I see several key flaws in this ban that just being push aside on the basis it was a long time ago and he had it coming for being rude

OldTheory did abuse the command a lot during that time and if I saw someone do it to me I wouldn't be very friendly and as been said he did leave the boss on the second ss you clearly see that he isn't attacking

that staff let this keep happening and leaving people to abuse bosses with mules or holding several channels at once because of YOUR custom content and well seem to don't care about the problem it causing

even the person yesterday would have been perma banned unless the report hadn't been taken back because of abuse of mapowner command

I would really like to know if you failed to give cheese a warning and the 7 day ban because that really changes a lot

Your rules are terrible luckylook got banned because of staff error and here you avoid your own mistakes aswell and just blame the player
You should add in the rules
"trust a gm on your own risk"

Based purely on the screen shot alone it looks blatantly like KSing. Also, cheesecake called him a snitch. A snitch, by definition, is someone who tells a person in authority about someone's wrong doing. So by calling the person who reported him a snitch implies that he did something wrong.

 

There's nothing more to go into about a ban that happened 4 months ago

Cheesecake got banned do to his own lack of common sense. That's all. I won't comment further. Think what you want about my opinions, they don't reflect the opinions of other staff. I see the rules as law and I enforce them. That's all
