Sorry if it came on as any accusation, but to me, the circumstances seem to line up with this new rule
I do believe that bad actors are few and far between, but this rule serves to sow the seeds of doubt on all general trades as compared to the old days - which is something I find baffling when there are harsh punishments tied to fair trades, and that we have to cover all fronts because of that

My usage of your listing is driven by some of the discussions earlier, with ranging opinions on the level of interrogation required for a trade for "due diligence"
I would personally be for the trade - as I do not see any issue with it
the value is fair, and that the audit trail in my opinion is good enough (a name and a face? similar to checking ID cards/papers IRL)

Once again, I do apologize for not DMing beforehand for checks, as that level of interrogation is going a bit far in my opinion, and I would hope that this case can be used as a reference on clarifying the definition of due diligence
