Is dragon purple sleeve REALLY better than maple skanda?

    For some reason, I thought triple throw was based more heavily on weapon attack than luk in calculations. Someone was telling me about this to explain why lucky 7 lines had bigger numbers than triple throw. I haven't expiremented with this but this would heavily argue that more WA (RC) is better than less (skandas) even for less funded people

    Might have to ignore this, google says this is not true
