    hey guys,

I've been playing Mapleroyals for a couple weeks now casually but now I do want to be able to fight bosses in the future. I didn't even know HP washing existed and I learned about it through some guides but it's still confusing to me. The only version of maplestory I played was that it was good to be lukless, dexless mages and sins.

Now, I do want to get atleast 15k hp but I dont know if it's too late for me to start. I started buying some int equips but my base int is still at 4. My dit is currently at level 50 right now and is there anyone someone can calculate if I can still get to 15k at this point?

    Thank you!

Remember that you'll have meso guard which will reduce incoming damage by 50%, so you'll be twice as tanky as your hp. If you're level 50 though you should consider using your incoming from voting for a couple days to buy a zhelm and 10 60% helmet int scrolls and scrolling your zhelm for int.

If you are new / unfunded, hp washing to high amounts can get very expensive. You need a bunch of base int, which in turn means that you need to get leech to 4th job as you can't kill anything, and then need additional ap resets to wash out the base int.

However, you can still boss fine if you don't have 15k. Assuming you don't jump into ht heads, you only need 3.9k hp to tank the magic attacks. You'll need ~5.5k to do shaolin, To tank anego slap you'd need 9.5k (I don't know if shad gets hit by slap normally?). This can be seen in the hp washing section of this guide. It will be far easier for you to wash to a lower amount than 15k, so that you can actually play and save for equips when you hit bossing level rather than immediately needing to spend several bil on resets.

If you want to see how much projected hp you're going to have, here is a guide and here is a calculator.

As a shadower, you don't need all that much HP to survive things.
I'd personally only bother to wash to 6k hp to survive BF hits if i were you, and that won't take much (or if you want to invest more, wash to 8k~9k so if you get disp on horntail, it won't be a potential instant KO, bonus points for tanking anego as well i guess). the fact that you are starting it on lvl 50 and not on lvl 10 would mean that you missed out on about 40 lvls of mp gain, this will mean that it might cost you more to do the washing compared to starting it early, but not by much if you aren't really well geared for it.
I suggest you to use the calculator @Tsue linked to, insert your hp and mp (without equipments on) and play around with it to see what works to hit your goal.

Tbh, you picked the best attack class to be unwashed on. Most attackers need at the very least minimal washing to enter over half the bosses in the game, but shads can handle most places normally just fine using meso guard. Even DK which is considered cheap to wash, still need to be washed to be comfortable to use.

P.S: on lvl 135, you'll have 5k hp, and that's without any hp quest, if you do the quest you get 500 hp, and if you get a black belt, +300 hp as well. And that's ignoring your 4th job medal, and probably a pendant of sort that will give you hp. So yea, you can start working to washing now, but you are not going to be locked out of the game if you won't. 8~9k would be a safe bet.

    I'll just drop that here...
I'd recommend you reading through all the links and sublinks within the posts..

So yeah, you can grind to 200 using only meso explosion. I did it till lvl 155 with 4 base Luk. So HP washing at your stage is not too late.
    Read this:

To get to your HP washing question:

This guy is lvl 100 already. So you might consider just to continue playing your bandit. You will use meso explosion mainly only anyways to grind till lvl 120.

You ccan basically the same as i told the guy, just till lvl 105 instead of 155 since you are 50 lvls below lvl 100.

Also you might want to read this guide:
    https://royals.ms/forum/threads/in-depth-shadower-guide.8122/

And this, so you don't get banned as using macros outside of the ingame macros is not allowed and also performing 2 actions with 1 key press is also not allowed:

If you feel like re-making your bandit i'll drop you a screenshot of a HP washing guide with which you will reach 9.5k HP by lvl 120 plus 500 HP from the HP questline "Water from the spring of youth".

I am pretty certain it will be cheaper to reach 10k HP than continuing on your current Bandit.

    I'd recommend:
6k so you can do most of the bosses including Shaolin , Zakum & Bigfoot
10k so you can tank zakum body twice for obvious reasons stated in the previous threads and also Pink Bean requires 10k for Shadowers ( i heard )
12.2k so you can tank Shaolin & Bigfoot twice
15k so you have 30k "HP" with meso guard
18.75k so you have 30k HP with Hyper body and 60k "HP" with meso guard
30k without hyper body because undying

    Will edit soon
