It always depends on you goals and what you wanna do with the character All warriors can be played without washing Maybe a shad can get away with no washing nowadays cuz we can get hp from equips/quests and shads got meso guard which blocks 50% of incoming damage And mages too (besides pro Bishop Mains, they wash at lvl 150+) If you wanna play seriously it’s better to wash and if you only wanna play for a small amount of time you can even play an unwashed NL just keep in mind that you might regret it later on when you change your mind and Play for longer and cant do HT/Shao/Toad/Auf Haven
All warriors , shad , and bucc can be played "witouth" washing, i said " " just because if you dont like wash mechanic, and just wanna have fun BUT, youre worried about needing more HP in the future, you could do 2 things 1.-Get Meta items that give INT(like zakum helm at lvl 50, krex ring at lvl 70) as early as you can, so you lvl with those and that does count as INT gears(will wich give you extra mp to change for HP later on) 2.-Perhaps buy some INT gears and use them when youre about to lvl. After all, beside bga, theres no other boss that really needs to have over 18k HP, so with those 5 jobs i menationed earlier you should be fine, and if youre missing a bit of HP(this is what is going to be, a bit) you can wash some extraMP(got from wearing your items from early lvls), or aim for a medal with high HP(legendary collector/quest virtuoso, etc) or even do the daily HP quest for a few weeks..... Not to count, i have unwashed
